This bag is beautiful! The shop owner was responsive and helpful when there were initial shipping difficulties that were totally out of her control. I highly recommend this item!

Lovely bag, well made, nice quality leather. Couple of bothersome things: the interior and lower exterior pockets are somewhat small- lipstick, pens, hand cream small, not large enough for wallet nor phone. Interior pocket is located about half way down the bag, seems like it should be located closer to the upper edge and be made deeper. Shipping lost visibility as soon as it arrived in US, so had to wait 5 days with no tracking information. Other than those things the bag is beautifully crafted, nice quality.
