Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our two production locations: Barcelona (Spain) and Delhi (India). Depending on product availability and stock, your order may be dispatched from either our workshop in Spain or India.

All orders are shipped with UPS and include a tracking number, which you will receive via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

– Europe: 3–7 business days
– United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
– United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
– Rest of the world: 6–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on destination and local customs.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

MONZOON is not responsible for delays due to customs, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or other shipping disruptions beyond our control.

All parcels are securely packaged. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assess and resolve the issue.
