Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. Refunds include the original product cost and standard shipping. Any extra costs paid for express delivery are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. MONZOON is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will do our best to offer a solution.
