All MONZOON bags are designed in Barcelona by Mane Arteche and crafted in our two workshops: one in Barcelona, Spain, and another in Delhi, India. Each piece is handmade by skilled artisans following Fair Trade principles and using premium leather.

MONZOON is based in Barcelona, Spain, where designer Mane Arteche lives and creates each collection. We currently sell online only and don’t have a physical store — all orders are shipped directly from our 2 workshops.

Orders ship from our workshops in Barcelona, Spain or Delhi, India, depending on the bag. Each piece is made to order in 3–4 business days and sent via UPS or DHL. You’ll receive a tracking number once shipped. Return address is always to Barclona, Spain.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Location of returns is Barcelona. To start a return, contact us at info@monzoon.eu. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges, which vary depending on each country’s regulations.
