HOW TO RETURN
We hope you love your MONZOON bag. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
How to Return an Item
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us and request a return.
Simply send us a message through our contact form or email us at hello@monzoon.eu with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Return Shipping
Once your return request has been approved, it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back using a postal or courier service that provides a tracking number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend keeping your tracking information until your return has been received.
Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- Returned with all original packaging
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@monzoon.eu.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging if applicable
If the damage is confirmed, you do not need to return the item. We will issue a full refund after reviewing the photos.
